Aligned Capital Partners Inc (ACPI) is a full service investment dealership. Shadd Prosser (CIM) and Curtis Haigh (CLU, TEP, EPC) are registered Investment Advisors. Through Aligned Capital Partners, we can offer our clients stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, HISA, GIC, structured notes, and exempt market securities.

Our Investment Strategy

We believe that a well-balanced investment strategy must encompass several investment strategies, not simply a "one size fits all" approach. We offer our clients a comprehensive investment analysis, risk review, and access to a full suite of investment products tailored to our clients specific needs. We operate on a Fee For Service model, providing our clients with fully transparent investment management.

Our Investment Process

Together, we review your investment objectives and goals. This process could be either stand-alone, or in conjunction with an overall financial plan. Part of this process may involve asking open-ended questions, and typically involves a complete analysis of your current investment portfolio. The process we typically use to gather information is formally known as "know your client". Know your client gives us the ability to gain an in-depth picture of your finances, investments, and objectives. It is important to us that our clients feel comfortable allowing us access to this important information, so we take the time to explain why it needed and all relevant steps throughout the process.

Once we are comfortable we have the information that we require including your investment objectives, risk tolerances, we will then present to you an investment strategy that we feel compliments your objectives in a suitable manner. Our strategy aims to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace by offering you a superior portfolio design using multiple fund managers, investment companies, and investment thesis's.

Once we have presented our strategy, we encourage our clients to take time to review and ask us questions. We aim to have a lot of great client engagement in our investment planning process. When both the advisor and the client feel that a suitable investment strategy has been presented, we will then take steps to implement the strategy. This could involve transferring assets or making new contributions.

As part of our commitment to our investors, we continuously monitor their investments for ongoing suitability purposes and to track progress and growth. We encourage our investors to plan at least one annual meeting to review their investment suitability and make sure their investment strategy is on track to meet their retirement objectives, and adjust if necessary. We believe that an investment plan should be unique and 'fluid', meaning there will always be the potential to make changes and adjustments as our relationship grows.

This may include private equity, private credit, real assets, offering-memorandum products, and other alternative strategies designed for eligible or accredited investors.

These investments provide access to unique sources of return, often driven by innovation, specialized markets, or the structural advantages of private asset classes. The Frontier Strategy is not about speculation—it’s about thoughtful, curated exposure to the evolving landscape of modern wealth-building.
